摘 要:为进一步提高分选效率和精度,提出基于语音识别的重介浅槽分选机参数匹配优化方法。首先,在重介浅槽分选机上安装全指向麦克风,采集操作人员的语音指令。其次,利用混合模型识别语音信号,通过正则表达式匹配将识别结果映射为具体的工艺参数。最后,进行实验分析。实验结果表明,采用该方法能够有效提高分选效率,降低劳动强度,实现精准的参数调控。To further improve the sorting efficiency and accuracy,a parameter matching optimization method for heavy medium shallow groove sorting machine based on speech recognition is proposed.Firstly,install an omnidirectional microphone on the heavy medium shallow slot sorting machine to collect voice commands from operators.Secondly,a hybrid model is used to recognize speech signals,and the recognition results are mapped to specific process parameters through regular expression matching.Finally,conduct experimental analysis.The experimental results show that using this method can effectively improve sorting efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and achieve precise parameter control.
