摘 要:研究基于对称三波长相位解调的法布里-珀罗(Fabry-Pérot,FP)干涉式光纤传声器,采用实时归一化算法和反正切算法还原声信号。在实时归一化算法中,结合对称三波长和参数实时归一化估计方法,实现了两路信号的归一化,减小了激光器工作波长、输出功率及谐振腔长对光纤传声器性能的影响。在反正切算法中,通过反正切和相位累加,准确还原声信号。Research on Fabry-Perot(FP)interferometric fiber optic microphone based on symmetrical three wavelength phase demodulation,using real-time normalization algorithm and arctangent algorithm to restore sound signals.In the real-time normalization algorithm,the combination of symmetric three wavelength and parameter real-time normalization estimation methods has achieved normalization of two signals,reducing the impact of laser operating wavelength,output power,and resonant cavity length on the performance of fiber optic microphones.In the arctangent algorithm,the sound signal is accurately reconstructed through arctangent and phase accumulation.
