摘 要:主机排气阀是确保内燃机正常运作的关键组件之一,它控制着废气的排放,有助于优化发动机性能和减少污染物排放。当排气阀发生故障时,通常会产生异常声响。这些声响可能是由多种因素引起,包括机械损伤、操作不当或环境因素影响。这些异常声响不仅影响设备的正常运行,而且可能导致设备能效降低和使用寿命缩短。因此,准确诊断并有效解决排气阀的异常声响问题对于维持设备性能至关重要。基于此,首先介绍异常声响的类型与特征以及用于诊断的主要工具和技术,其次探讨基于声学信号分析、动态模拟、压力和流量测试等的异常声响故障排除技术,最后以案例证实异常声响故障排除技术的有效性。The main engine exhaust valve is one of the key components to ensure the proper operation of the internal combustion engine.It controls the exhaust gas emissions,helping to optimize engine performance and reduce pollutant emissions.When the exhaust valve is faulty,it usually produces an abnormal sound.These sounds can be caused by a variety of factors,including mechanical damage,improper operation or environmental factors.These abnormal sounds not only affect the normal operation of the equipment,but also may lead to reduced energy efficiency and shortened service life of the equipment.Therefore,accurate diagnosis and effective solution of exhaust valve abnormal sound problem is very important to maintain equipment performance.Based on this,the types and characteristics of abnormal sound as well as the main tools and techniques used for diagnosis are first introduced.Secondly,the troubleshooting techniques of abnormal sound based on acoustic signal analysis,dynamic simulation,pressure and flow measurement are discussed.Finally,the effectiveness of abnormal sound troubleshooting techniques is proved by cases.
