摘 要:根据光电侦察相机飞行试验验证需求,开展机载试验吊舱总体设计及优化研究。分析光电侦察相机试验技术需求,开展吊舱总体设计,通过CFD数值计算对吊舱气动外形进行优化迭代。开展飞机挂装吊舱的整体气动特性和气动载荷仿真计算,评估了吊舱挂装后对飞机飞行性能和操纵性稳定性的影响。吊舱结构采用“三段式”布局设计,满足光电侦察相机安装使用维护要求。飞行试验结果表明,该机载试验吊舱总体设计技术合理,可为相关光电侦察设备在机载平台的挂飞试验提供参考。To meet the requirements of flight test verification for a certain photoelectric reconnais-sance camera,the overall design and optimization of the airborne test pod are studied.The technical requirements for photoelectric reconnaissance camera testing are analyzed,the overall design of the pod is carried out,and the aerodynamic configuration of the pod is designed and optimized by CFD numerical calculation.The whole aerodynamic characteristics and aerodynamic loads of the podded aircraft are simulated,and the influence of the podded aircraft on the flight performance and maneu-verability are evaluated.The pod structure adopts a"three-stage"layout design,which meets the installation and maintenance requirements of photoelectric reconnaissance camera.The flight test re-sults indicate that the overall design technology of the airborne test pod is reasonable,which can provide reference for the hanging flight test of relevant optoelectronic reconnaissance equipment on the airborne platform.
