摘 要:磁体结构一直是磁体领域研究的重点,近年来一种结构新颖的高温超导磁体逐渐走向人们的视野,该磁体由超导带材的螺旋堆叠形成,其结构在ab面上均质,理论上可减轻励磁过程中的应力对带材的损害.目前,多家机构对该磁体进行了液氮下的励磁实验,但尚未开展高背景场下的应用.本文聚焦于高场下的模拟分析,利用A方程简化传统的数学模型,通过有限元软件,对堆叠型线圈在20 T垂直场,液氦温区下的电磁性能进行计算.结果显示,150匝圆形与矩形堆叠型线圈在稳定工况下,分别获得了21.67 T和20.87 T中心磁场.利用该模型对线圈的温度和受力情况也进行了分析,为具体实验提供参考.Magnet structure has always been the focus of research in the field of magnets,and in recent years a high-temperature superconducting magnet with a novel structure has gradually come to peoples view,which is formed by the helical stacking of superconducting tapes,and its structure is homogeneous in the ab-plane,which theoretically can reduce the damage of the stripes caused by the stresses in the excitation process.Currently,several organisations have carried out excitation experiments on this magnet under liquid nitrogen but no experiments have been carried out under high background fields.In this paper,we focus on this problem,simplify the mathematical model of the traditional equation,and use finite element software to calculate the electromagnetic properties of stacked coils under 20 T vertical field and liquid helium temperature region.The results show that the 150-turn circular and rectangular stacked coils obtain 21.67 T and 20.87 T central magnetic fields,respectively,under stable operating conditions.The model is also used to the analysis for the temperature and force on the coil to provide a reference for specific experiments.
