摘  要:目的优选十子益肾颗粒的提取及成型工艺。方法采用了正交试验方法,以固形物质量、金丝桃苷含量为评价指标,对煎煮次数、煎煮时间及加水倍数进行考察,并对数据进行了方差分析,从而确定最佳提取工艺;采用减压浓缩方法确定最佳浓缩工艺;成型工艺选择稠膏直接制粒,糊精作为填充剂,综合考察确定了最佳制备工艺。结果经实验得出加水提取2次,每次加水量为6倍,提取1 h,采用减压浓缩,控制相对密度约1.20~1.30(60℃),选用糊精作为填充剂、聚酯/铝/聚乙烯药用复合膜包装。结论该工艺稳定可行,为十子益肾颗粒的生产提供实验依据。Objective To optimize the extraction and molding process of Shizi Yishen Granules.Methods The orthogonal experiment was conducted to evaluate the quality of solid matter and the content of hyperin.The number of decoctions,decocting time,and water addition times were investigated,and the data were analyzed for variance to determine the optimal extraction process.The optimal concentration process was determined using the vacuum concentration method.For the molding process,the thick paste was selected for direct granulation,and dextrin was used as the filling agent.The optimal preparation process was determined through a comprehensive investigation.Results Through experiments,it was found that water was added twice,with a water content of six times each time.The extraction lasted for one hour,and vacuum concentration was performed.The relative density was controlled to be around 1.20–1.30(60℃),and dextrin was used as a filling agent.In addition,polyester/aluminum/polyethylene medicinal composite film packaging was used.Conclusion This process is stable and feasible,providing an experimental basis for the production of Shizi Yishen Granules.
