摘  要:淬火配分(Q&P)钢具有成本低、性能好、工艺相对简单等特点,成为第三代先进高强度钢(AHSS)的重点研究对象。C、Si、Mn是Q&P钢的基本合金成分,对Q&P钢的组织和性能产生重要影响,现有大多数研究都是以C-Si-Mn系配分钢为基础进行。介绍了Q&P钢的生产工艺,阐述了合金元素对Q&P钢组织和性能的影响以及Q&P钢组织与力学性能的关系,重点论述了工艺参数对Q&P钢组织和性能的影响,并对Q&P钢的发展前景做出了展望。Quenched and partitioned(Q&P)steel has the characteristics of low cost,good properties,and relatively simple process,and becomes a key research object of the third generation of advanced high strength steel(AHSS).C,Si and Mn elements are the basic alloying elements of the Q&P steel,which have a significant impact on the microstructure and properties of the Q&P steel.Nowadays,most of the research is based on C⁃Si⁃Mn system partitioned steel.The production process of the Q&P steel is introduced,the effect of alloy elements on the microstructure and properties of the Q&P steel is clarified,as well as the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Q&P steel.The focus is on the influence of process parameters on microstructure and properties of the Q&P steel,and prospects for the development of the Q&P steel are made.
