摘 要:利用XRD、OM、SEM和TEM试验研究高氮奥氏体不锈钢的第二相析出过程,分析析出相形貌,确定析出相的种类。结果表明,固溶态试样的显微组织由单相奥氏体晶粒和部分孪晶组成。在800~1040℃时效2 h,钢中均有Cr_(2)N相析出,Cr_(2)N相数量呈先增加后减少的趋势,并且在860℃时Cr_(2)N数量达到峰值。试验钢的析出相主要为碳、氮化物和金属间化合物σ相。800℃时效有金属间化合物σ相析出,860℃时效有碳化物M23C6析出,920℃时效仅析出Cr_(2)N,1040℃时效有MX相析出。Second phase precipitation process of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel was studied by XRD,OM,SEM and TEM.The morphology and the type of precipitated phases were analyzed and determined.The experimental results show that the microstructure of the solution treated specimen is composed of single⁃phase austenite grains and partial twins.After aging at 800⁃1040℃for 2 h,Cr_(2)N precipitates in the steel,and the number of Cr_(2)N increases first and then decreases,which reaches the peak at 860℃.The precipitated phases of the tested steel are mainly carbide,nitride and intermetallic compoundσphase.Aged at 800℃,the intermetallic compoundσphase is precipitated,and M23 C6 carbide is precipitated at 860℃.Only Cr_(2)N is precipitated after aging at 920℃,and MX phase is precipitated at 1040℃.
