某综合医院2020年-2022年信息系统数据统计需求分析

摘　　要：目的以某综合医院为例,分析不同用途信息数据统计需求现状,为统计信息化多方位服务医院综合发展提供参考。方法收集2020年1月1日-2022年12月31日某院信息系统数据统计申请需求并进行描述性分析。结果某院3年来共记50个科室提出725条统计需求,主要为职能部门和临床部门申请,数据内容主要围绕门急诊业务及住院业务,医院级管理统计需求逐年递减,3年占比分别为27.78%,26.64%和24.09%,科室级管理统计需求逐年递增,3年占比分别为10.18%,13.49%和15.91%,科研统计需求3年申请数量分别为53,55和61,呈整体递增。统计频率以单次临时统计为主,长期的定时统计多为管理需求,统计流程总体完成率为90.21%。结论医院信息系统数据统计需求度及完成率较高,医务人员对于医疗数据的重视程度逐渐提高,特别是通过对系统内核心业务数据的利用与挖掘,医院精细化管理及临床科研素养有所提升。Objectives Taking a general hospital as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation of information data statistics requirements for different purposes,and provided reference for the comprehensive development of multi-directional service hospitals.Methods To collect the information system data of the hospital from 2020 to 2022 to collect the application requirements and conduct descriptive analysis and comparative analysis.Results In the past three years,725 statistical requirements were recorded in 50 departments,mainly functional departments and clinical departments.and the data content was mainly outpatient and emergency services and inpatient services.The demand for hospital level management statistics decreased year by year,accounting for 27.78%,26.64%and 24.09%in 3 years,respectively;the demand for department level management statistics increased year by year,accounting for 10.18%,13.49%and 15.91%in 3 years,respectively;the number of applications for scientific research statistics in 3 years was 53,55 and 61,respectively,showing an overall increase.The statistical frequency was mainly one-time temporary statistics,and long-term periodic statistics are mainly management requirements,and the overall process completion rate was 90.21%.Conclusion Hospital information system data statistics demand and completion rate was high,medical personnel should pay more attention to medical data gradually,especially through the use and mining of core business data in the system,hospital fine management and clinical research literacy had been improved.
