摘　　要：中国新能源发电产业高质量发展,能够有力地带动能源生产侧清洁化,为部分地区电力供应不足提供新的解决方案。然而,新能源本身具有较强的波动性和间歇性,对保障供电充裕性和稳定性产生了较大影响,其与现有电力系统的匹配度还有待提升。应正视新能源发电产业高质量发展表现出来的问题和新能源发电给传统电力行业带来的挑战,积极发挥价格杠杆作用,促进新能源电力合理分布,储能技术推广,备用容量扩大,提升系统调峰功能,推动电网跨区传输,保障中国新能源发电产业可持续发展,为中国经济社会发展提供坚强保障。The high-quality development of China’s new energy power generation industry can effectively promote the cleanliness of energy production and provide new solutions for the insufficient power supply in some areas.However,the new energy itself has strong volatility and intermittency,which has a significant impact on ensuring the sufficiency and stability of power supply,and its compatibility with the existing power system still needs to be improved.We should face up to the problems manifested by the high-quality development of the new energy power generation industry and the challenges brought by new energy power generation to the traditional power industry,and actively use the price leverage to promote the reasonable distribution of new energy power,promote energy storage technology,expand reserve capacity,improve system peak shaving function,promote cross regional transmission of the power grid to ensure the sustainable development of China’s new energy power generation industry,and provide strong support for China’s economic and social development.
