山西省农产品初加工机械化发展现状分析

摘　　要：从机具保有量、机械化水平、相关项目推广情况等方面阐述近年来山西省省域范围内农产品初加工机械化发展情况及相关工作开展情况,并在此基础上分析了山西省农产品初加工机械化现阶段发展存在的难题和问题,针对性地提出了坚持因地制宜突出重点、加大农产品初加工机械化新技术的示范推广力度、坚持创新驱动与绿色发展等发展措施。Based on the elaboration of the recent development of agricultural product primary processing mechanization within Shanxi Province from the aspects of equipment ownership,mechanization level,and promotion of related projects,this paper comprehensively analyzed the current difficulties and problems in the development of agricultural product primary processing mechanization in Shanxi Province.It proposed targeted development measures such as adhering to local conditions while highlighting key points,increasing the demonstration and promotion of new technologies in agricultural product primary processing mechanization,and adhering to principles of innovation-driven and green development.
