摘　　要：研制一种欧式电葫芦用超高破断拉力钢丝绳,产品标准参考DIN EN 12385-4:2008 2 160 MPa B级,直径为6.20~6.40 mm,捻距倍数6~8,最小破断拉力46.0 kN。通过结构和性能分析,确定钢丝绳采用K8×K19S-PWRC(K)结构,再根据股绳结构特点精确计算出股径和配丝,并匹配合理的拉丝工艺。钢丝绳采用18/500筐篮式合绳机捻制,股的张力控制采用FMS张力在线检测和调整系统,生产中采用轧制和锻打双压实工艺。钢丝绳性能检测结果显示:实测直径6.36~6.38 mm,实测捻距39.3 mm,实测破断拉力达到48.8 kN,实测锌层面质量大于30.0 g/m2,满足了欧式电葫芦设备的技术要求。Ultra-high breaking force wire rope for European electric hoist is developed.The product standard refers to DIN EN 12385-4:20082160 MPa Class B,diameter is 6.20~6.40 mm,lay pitch multiple is 6~8,minimum breaking force is 46.0 kN.Through analysis of structure and property,it is determined that wire rope adopts K8×K19S-PWRC(K)structure,then wire diameter and wire matching are precisely calculated according to wire rope structural characteristics,reasonable drawing process was matched.Wire rope was laid by 18/500 basket type rope closing machine,strand tension control adopted FMS tension on-line detection and adjustment system,double compaction process of rolling and forging is adopted in production.The properties test results show that measured diameter is 6.36~6.38 mm,measured lay length is 39.3 mm,measured breaking force reaches 48.8 kN,measured zinc layer mass is greater than 30.0 g/m^(2),which meets technical requirements of European electric hoist equipment.
