摘 要:弹簧钢丝淬回火后影响抗拉强度的因素较多。化学成分和显微组织对弹簧钢丝淬回火后的抗拉强度均有影响;表面全脱碳会降低弹簧钢丝淬回火后的抗拉强度;较快的加热速度和较高的线温有利于弹簧钢丝淬回火后获得较高的抗拉强度;同一条件下,不同淬火介质对弹簧钢丝淬回火后抗拉强度的影响不同;加大淬火系统的循环冷却能力可适当提高弹簧钢丝淬回火后的抗拉强度;热电偶的插入深度和回火温度的变化会直接影响弹簧钢丝淬回火后的抗拉强度。There are many factors affecting tensile strength of spring wire after quenched and tempered.Both chemical composition and microstructure have influence on tensile strength of spring wire after quenched and tempered.Complete decarburization of surface will reduce tensile strength of spring wire after quenched and tempered.Faster heating speed and higher wire temperature are beneficial to obtain higher tensile strength of spring wire after quenched and tempered.Under the same condition,different quenched medium has different influence on tensile strength of spring wire after quenched and tempered.Tensile strength of spring wire after quenched and tempered can be properly improved by increasing circulating cooling capacity of quenching system.The change of thermocouple insertion depth and tempering temperature will directly affect tensile strength of spring wire after quenched and tempered.
