摘　　要：介绍《汽车附件、内燃机、软轴用异型钢丝》行业标准修订的任务来源与工作程序,修订原则及修订依据,对讨论会和审定会中主要意见或建议进行解释说明,2023新标准与2006老标准相比,增加62A、72A、72B及0Cr18Ni9新品种,同时增加了洛氏硬度及其试验方法,要求成品丝不允许焊接,将汽车玻璃升降器及座椅调角器用异型钢丝尺寸允许偏差单列,允许偏差更小,精度更高,产品综合性能更好,分类更合理。To introduce task source,working procedure,revision principle and basis of industry standard Profiled wires for automobile annex,internal combustion engine and flexible axle,and explains main opinions or suggestions in discussion and approval meetings.Compared with 2006 old standard,2023 new standard adds new varieties of 62A,72A,72B and OCr18Ni9 products.At the same time,it adds Rockwell hardness and its test method.It requires that finished wire is not allowed to be welded.Allowable deviation of profiled wires for car window regulator and seat angle adjuster is listed separately.Allowable deviation is smaller,accuracy is higher,comprehensive performance of product is better,and classification is more reasonable.
