摘  要:乘坐列车出行是人们不可或缺的一种出行方式,其乘坐舒适性因人的感受不同而有很大的差异.为科学、合理地评价列车整体乘坐舒适性,将列车乘坐舒适性影响因素中的定性问题结合统计学理论进行综合定量评价与分析,从候车室、站台与车厢3个场景出发,结合因子分析法,构建列车整体乘坐舒适性评价指标体系.基于问卷调查结果,采用AHP-熵值法计算并分析各指标的综合权重,解决了单一方法定权易造成计算结果偏倚的问题.分析结果表明,设施、噪声以及空间是影响列车候车室及站台乘坐舒适性水平的显著因素,温湿度是影响列车车厢内乘坐舒适性水平的重要因素.基于模型分析结果,针对不同的场景,指明了改进方向并提出了优化建议.Traveling by train is an indispensable way for people to travel,and its ride comfortable ness varies greatly depending on people's feelings,In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the overall riding comfort of the train,qualitative issues in the factors affecting the riding comfort of the train were combined with statistical theory to carry out a comprehensive quantitative evaluation and analysis.This paper started from three scenes of the waiting room,the platform and the carriages,and combined with the factor analysis method to construct an evaluation index system for the overall riding comfort of the train,Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the AHP-entropy method was used to calculate and analyze the comprehensive weights of each index,solving the problem of bias of the calculation caused by a single method of weighting.The analysis results show that facilities,noise and space are the significant factors affecting the comfort level of train waiting rooms and platforms,and temperature and humidity are the important factors affecting the comfort level of train compartments Based on the results of the model analysis,improvement directions are indicated and optimization sug gestions are proposed for different scenarios.
