摘 要:水泥-水玻璃(C-S)双浆液在铁路隧道灌浆、堵水等工程中具有广泛的应用,而水玻璃的波美度对C-S双浆液的灌浆及堵水效果等具有重要影响.基于此,研究了不同波美度(12~35°Bé)对C-S浆液灌浆性能、力学性能及干缩性能的影响规律,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及比表面积测试(BET)等测试技术探究了微观机理.结果表明,随着波美度从12°Bé增大到35°Bé,C-S浆液的胶凝时间呈线性增长规律,由最初的18s延长到31s;抗压和抗折强度随波美度的增大逐渐增加,前者呈线性增长规律,后者呈指数变化规律,当波美度超过25°Bé趋于平缓;56d自收缩率由12°Bé的0.32%、25°Bé的0.62%增大至35°Bé的068%.C-S浆液的固结机理归结为水泥水化、碱激发以及碳化3种作用,大量C-S-H凝胶和CaCO3等晶体物质生成,致使C-S浆液结石体结构较致密,且随着波美度的增加致密度不断增加,适用于注浆体的防渗堵漏或加固补强.Cement-water glass(0-S)dual slurry has been widely used in railway tunnel grouting and water plugging engineering,and the Baume degree of water glass has an important influence on grouting and water plugging effect.Based on the above consideration,the effects of different degrees of Baume(12~35'Bé)on the grouting properties,mechanical properties and dry shrinkage properties of C-S slur ry was studied,and the mechanism was explored by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron micros copy(SEM)and specific surlace area test(BET)in this paper.The results show that the setting time ol C-S slurry increases linearly,extending from 18 s to 31 s with the increase of Pommel degree form 12'Béto 35'Bé.The compressive and flexural strength is also increasing with the increase of Baume degree,and the former displays a linear growth pattern while the latter demonstrates an exponential change tends to flat when the Baume degree exceeds 25"Bé,The free shrinkage rates of 56 d increases from 0.32%at 12'Béand 0.62%at 25'Béto 0.68%at 35'Bé.The consolidation mechanism of C-S slurry can be attributed to cement hydration,alkali excitation and carbonization,A large number of C-S-H gel and CaCO,crystals are formed,resulting in a relatively dense structure of C-S hardened paste,and the den sity increases with the increase of Baume degree,This is suitable for the seepage prevention and plug ging or reinforcement of grouting materials.
