摘 要:从临床试验网(ClinicalTrals)、PubMed、中国知网等数据库中检索发表时间为2015—2023年9月的全球仍在进行或已完成临床试验的各类登革热疫苗研发策略的相关研究进展并进行整理和汇总,再结合各类疫苗研发策略的特点进行综述。传统的疫苗研发策略如减毒活疫苗、灭活疫苗等进入临床试验的项目较多,但存在对各登革热病毒血清型免疫不平衡的缺点;新兴的疫苗研发策略如DNA疫苗、重组亚单位疫苗等也在快速研发当中,但是安全性问题还有待验证。Databases such as ClinicalTrials,PubMed,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were used to search for studies on the research progress of different dengue vaccine development strategies in ongoing or completed global clinical trials published between 2015 and September 2023.The results were organized and summarized,followed by a review of the characteristics of each vaccine development strategy.Traditional vaccine development strategies,such as live attenuated and inactivated vaccines,have multiple projects in clinical trials,but suffer from the disadvantage of immune imbalance between different dengue virus serotypes.Emerging vaccine development strategies,including DNA vaccines and recombinant subunit vaccines,are advancing rapidly but still require validation of their safety profiles.
