摘 要:以燃料电池/超级电容100%低地板有轨电车顶层技术指标为输入进行车辆改造升级,基于燃料电池+动力电池直挂母线的供电拓扑进行燃料电池和动力电池匹配计算,得到满足车辆要求的动力系统配置方案。以秦皇岛有轨电车4号线实际线路进行混合动力系统车辆、线路联合仿真,验证了方案的正确性。以巴拉德HD-TRC和北交新能钛酸锂电池为试验对象,搭建系统测试平台,对秦皇岛有轨电车4号线的功率曲线进行等比缩放测试,试验结果表明:混合动力系统能够快速响应车辆在牵引、制动和惰行等工况下的功率需求,燃料电池、动力电池之间的功率分配与能量分配策略中的预设保持一致,最终通过线路运行考核。Taking the top-level technical indicators of fuel cells/supercapacitors 100%low floor trams as input,we carried out vehicle's modification and upgrading.We carried out the matching calculation of fuel cells and power batteries based on the power supply topology that fuel cells plus power batteries are directly connected to the bus and obtained a power system configuration scheme that meets the requirements of the vehicle.The correctness of the scheme was verified through joint simulation of hybrid system vehicles and lines using the actual line of Qinhuangdao Tram Line 4.Taking Ballard HD-TRC and Sheen Power lithium-titanate battery as test objects,we built a system testing platform to conduct proportional scaling tests on the power curve of Qinhuangdao Tram Line 4.The test results show that the hybrid power system can quickly respond to the power demand of the vehicle under traction,braking,and coasting conditions,and the power distribution between the fuel cell and power battery is consistent with the preset energy distribution strategy,ultimately passing the line running assessment.
