摘　　要：空压机启动压力开关作为轨道交通行业空压机组的关键零部件,在控制空压机启动中起重要作用。针对因双塔干燥器动作导致压力开关异常动作的故障,进行详细的故障原因分析并进行产品优化,为空压机的优化设计提供参考。The pressure switch,as a key component of the air compressor unit in the rail transit industry,plays an important role in controlling the start of the air compressor.Aiming at the abnormal operation of the pressure switch caused by the action of the twin tower dryer,we analyzed the causes in detail,and carried out product optimization,which provides references for the optimization design of the air compressor.
