摘 要:目的鉴别心萼薯的入药部位,总结心萼薯的特征,为中药心萼薯的鉴别依据提供参考。方法采用传统的性状鉴别、微性状鉴别和显微鉴别方法观察心萼薯的鉴别特征。结果从心萼薯性状及微性状方面看,心萼薯具有典型的旋花科植物特征,显微鉴定中心萼薯叶表面具有腺鳞。结论心萼薯叶表皮显微特征腺鳞可作为心萼薯的鉴别依据。Objective To identify the medicinal parts of Aniseiae Herba with different identification methods and summarize the characteristics so as to provide reference for the identification of traditional Chinese medicine Aniseiae Herba.Methods The characteristics of Aniseiae Herba were observed by means of traditional macroscopical identification,micromorphological identification and microscopic identification.Results From the point of view of macroscopical and micromorphological characteristics,Aniseiae Herba had the typical characteristic of the plant in Convolvulacea Family.Glandular scales could be microscopically observed on the surface of the Aniseiae Herba leaf.Conclusion Aniseiae Herba can be identified based on Glandular scales microscopically observed on the surface of the leaf.
