摘　　要：为帮助企业和检测机构准确掌握GB30585-2024《童鞋安全技术规范》新标准,本文从适用范围、检测项目、技术要求等方面详细阐述了新、旧标准之间的差异,并对新标准进行了深度解读。研究表明,新标准在修订时尽可能与鞋类有害物限量国际标准接轨,关注鞋类产品生产所需的原料及其生产的产品对14岁(含)以下儿童及婴幼儿健康的影响。标准的修订和实施,对规范市场秩序、应对国际贸易壁垒起到强有力的支撑作用。In order to help enterprises and testing institutions accurately grasp the new standard of GB 30585-2024 Technical Specification for Children's Shoes Safety,the paper elaborated the differences between the new standard and old standard from the aspects of application scope,normative reference documents,testing items,technical requirements,and so on,and made an in-depth interpretation of the new standard.Studies have shown that when the new standard is revised,it is as much as possible in line with the international standard for the limit of harmful substances in footwear,focusing on the raw materials required for the production of footwear products and the impact of the products produced on the health of children and infants under the age of 14(including).The revision and implementation of the standards have played a strong supporting role in standardizing market order and coping with international trade barriers.
