摘　　要：自19世纪“锁钥模型”提出后,药物研究趋向于单一靶点策略开发并发展至今。然而由于疾病的复杂性,单靶点药物很难达到理想的治疗效果,于是联合给药(“鸡尾酒”疗法)和多靶点药物研究引起了广泛关注。联合给药具有一定的局限性,近年来开发同时作用于多个靶点的单一化学实体(多靶点药物)策略受到广泛关注并成为新的研究热点。本文将阐述多靶点药物的开发策略以及研究进展,除普通药物外,本文还将讨论多靶点药物研究策略在核医学与分子影像领域中放射性药物方面的应用。Since the“lock and key model”was proposed in the 19th century,drug research has tended to develop towards single target strategies.However,with the deepening of research,due to the complexity of diseases,it is difficult for single-target drugs to achieve the ideal therapeutic effect,so concomitant medication(“cocktail”therapy)and multi-target drug research have attracted wide attention.Concomitant medication has certain limitations.In recent years,the strategy of developing a single chemical entity that acts on multiple targets simultaneously(multi-target drugs)has received extensive attention and become a new research hotspot.In this paper,the development strategy and research progress in multi-target drugs were reviewed.Besides common drugs,the application of multi-target drug research strategies to radiopharmaceuticals in the field of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging was also discussed.
