百令胶囊与雷公藤片治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨百令胶囊、雷公藤片对慢性肾炎患者中医证候积分、尿蛋白及肾功能的影响。方法 选取2022年1—2月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的慢性肾炎患者80例作为研究对象,采用简单随机分组法分为百令胶囊组和雷公藤片组,每组40例。百令胶囊组患者采用百令胶囊进行治疗,雷公藤片组患者采用雷公藤片进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、尿蛋白、尿白蛋白及肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素(BUN)],治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后两组水肿、腰痛、头痛、纳差、乏力评分降低,且雷公藤片组低于百令胶囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组尿白蛋白、尿蛋白水平降低(P<0.05),但两组尿白蛋白、尿蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组Scr、BUN水平降低,且雷公藤片组低于百令胶囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 百令胶囊和雷公藤片均能够有效降低慢性肾炎患者尿白蛋白、尿蛋白水平,但与百令胶囊比较,雷公藤片改善患者肾功能,减轻中医证候的效果更佳。Objective To explore the effects of Bailing capsule and Tripterygium tablet on TCM syndrome score,urinary protein and renal function in patients with chronic nephritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into Bailing capsule group and Tripterygium wilfordii tablet group by simple randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.Bailing capsule group was treated with bailing capsule,and tripterygium wilfordii tablet group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii tablet.TCM syndrome score,urinary protein,urinary albumin and renal function indexes [blood creatinine(Scr),urea(BUN)] before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of edema,lumbago,headache,poor appetite and fatigue of the two groups were lower after treatment,and the levels in the tripterygium tablet group were lower than those in the bailing capsule group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of urinary albumin and urinary protein were decreased between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,Scr and BUN levels in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the levels in the tripterygium tablet group were lower than those in the bailing capsule group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Bailing capsule and Tripterygium tablet can effectively reduce the levels of urinary albumin and urinary protein in patients with chronic nephritis,but compared with Bailing capsule,Tripterygium tablet has better effect on improving renal function and alleviating TCM syndromes.
