摘 要:针对实验室废水处理中存在的处理流程单一固定、耗时长、大分子有机物难以处理的问题,设计一种集储水、废水处理、加药调节、废气处理及智能控制于一体的实验室废水处理系统。依托传感检测技术,按照化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)和pH值大小将废水分为4种状态,在此基础上,智能选择由不同工艺模块组合而成的处理流程,提高废水处理效率。为了进一步缩短废水处理时间,对大分子、难降解有机物采用超声与生化协同处理方案。试验表明,与单一生化处理相比,超声与生化协同处理时废水中难降解有机物去除率可提高18.84%,COD去除率为87.67%,达到城镇下水道水质标准的要求。研究结果初步检验了实验室废水智控处理系统的有效性,为实验室实现无废排放提供了有益的尝试。Addressing the issues of monotonous and fixed treatment processes,lengthy duration,and difficulties in treating macromolecules in laboratory wastewater treatment,a comprehensive system has been devised,integrating water storage,wastewater treatment,chemical dosing and adjustment,waste gas treatment,and intelligent control.This system categorizes the wastewater into four states based on chemical oxygen demand(COD)and pH levels,allowing for the selection of tailored combinations of treatment process modules,thereby enhancing treatment efficiency.Furthermore,the integration of ultrasonic and biochemical treatments is implemented to expedite the treatment process of laboratory wastewater.Experimental results from ultrasonic and biochemical tests demonstrate an improvement of 18.84%in the removal rate of refractory organic compounds,alongside a COD removal rate of 87.67%,meeting the requirements of the urban sewage quality standard.The results preliminarily validates the effectiveness of this intelligent control treatment system,which provides a beneficial attempt towards achieving zero-waste discharge in laboratory settings.
