摘　　要：无意识设计理念是基于用户的使用行为,以提升用户的情感交互需求为目的,应用于产品设计的过程中。文章以冰箱产品为例,基于用户的行为习惯,洞察用户接近本能、未加思索而做出的无意识行为,分析并研究用户使用冰箱过程中的行为特征,提出基于无意识行为的冰箱设计策略。以期为关注行为的产品设计提供一定的参考。The concept of unconscious design is based on the user's use behavior and is applied to the process of product design for the purpose of improving the user's emotional interaction needs.This paper takes refrigerator products as an example,based on user behavior habits,insights into users'unconscious behaviors that are close to instinct and made without thinking,analyzes and studies the behavioral characteristics of users in the process of using refrigerator,and puts forward a refrigerator design strategy based on unconscious behaviors.In order to focus on the behavior of the product design to provide a certain reference.
