摘　　要：无花果有富硒水果之王的美誉,其加工品属于富硒产品。从富硒无花果食用价值、药用价值的挖掘,富硒产品的加工利用等方面,总结了国内当前无花果加工品的开发研究成果,对产业发展实践遇到的问题提出了建议。Figs are known as the king of selenium-rich fruits.The processed figs are selenium-rich products.This paper summarized the development and research results of the se-enriched figs in China from the aspects of their edible and medicinal value,and the processing and utilization of se-enriched figs,some suggestions on the research of product processing were put forward.
