基础筏板刚性防水施工关键技术及质量控制研究

摘　　要：以宁海路某工程基础筏板刚性防水施工为例,介绍了逆作法深基坑基础筏板刚性防水施工关键部位施工缝、抗拔桩桩头、地下连续墙与筏板交接处的质量防范措施,以及施工中遇到的基岩裂隙水处理方法。结果表明,采用刚性防水方式有效缩短了工期,同时确保了防水工程的质量,为类似工程提供了丰富的经验和指导,有望对建筑工程领域产生积极的影响。Taking the rigid waterproofing construction of the foundation raft on Ninghai Road as an example,the quality control measures for raft connection with construction joints,uplift pile heads and underground diaphragm walls and solutions to bedrock fissure water treatment in construction were introduced for key parts of rigid waterproofing of the foundation raft in the deep pit in the topdown construction period.Results show that rigid waterproofing is conducive to effectively shortening the construction period and ensuring the quality of waterproofing.This provides rich experience and guidance for similar projects,with positive influence expected in construction engineering.
