摘 要:对既有基础结构进行加固时,通常会选择采用注浆方案或桩基方案。注浆方案对地层有着适用性,注浆质量不易控制;桩基方案安全可靠,但造价高,工期长。依托天津某实际案例,对比多种备选方案,并通过造价、工期和施工等方面进行对比分析,最终采用前压浆微型钢管桩复合桩基对既有基础进行加固,并采用盈建科对承载力和沉降进行有限元分析。The existing foundations are usually reinforced by grouting or pile foundations.Grouting depends on strata,but the grout quality cannot be controlled easily.Pile foundations are safe and reliable,but involve high cost and long duration.Taking a case in Tianjin as an example,alternative schemes were compared in terms of the cost,duration,construction and other aspects.Finally,the existing foundation was reinforced through a composite pile foundation with the pre-grouting micro steel pipe pile,and the finite element analysis was carried out with YJK software to the bearing capacity and settlement.
