摘 要:针对装配式建筑中排水立管穿越楼板处传统PVC管道施工存在的问题,提出了采用PVC防水套施工工艺,阐述了PVC防水套管的工艺原理及工艺流程,并对PVC防水套管的施工要点及质量控制措施进行探讨。在项目实际应用中,对PVC防水套管工艺与传统工艺进行了效益分析,经过对比分析PVC防水套管,有效解决了排水立管根部渗漏问题。该工艺在提高生产质量、缩短施工周期的同时,降低了施工成本,应用前景良好。In order to solve the problems of conventional PVC pipe construction where drainage risers cross floors in prefabricated buildings,the construction technology is proposed for PVC waterproof sleeves,the working principle and process of PVC waterproof sleeves are illustrated,and the key construction requirements and quality control measures for PVC waterproof sleeves are explored.A comparative analysis was conducted on the benefits of this construction technology and conventional technology for PVC waterproof sleeves in engineering applications.Results show that PVC waterproof sleeves are efficient solutions to leakage at the root of drainage risers.This construction technology has promising prospects due to higher production quality,shorter duration and lower construction costs.
