摘　　要：近年来,地月空间因其独特的实体特性,成为了各国外空探索的新目标。地月空间战略价值高,对人类太空探索意义重大。在商业航天企业扩张和全球地月空间竞赛的刺激下,美国积极布局,在特朗普和拜登两届政府的先后运筹下,初步形成了以谋求地月空间领导地位为战略目标,围绕“阿尔忒弥斯”计划这一核心,以军事利用、商业开发、基础建设与国际合作为实施路径的地月空间战略。但同时,“阿尔忒弥斯”计划的实施举步维艰,商业航天企业独木难支,地月空间态势感知面临技术困境,使得美国地月空间战略面临多重挑战。未来,美国必将继续强化其地月空间战略,并在这一领域同中国开展全方位竞争和博弈。In recent years,the cislunar space has become a new target for various countries to explore the outer space due to its unique physical characteristics.The cislunar space has high strategic values and great significance for human space exploration.Stimulated by the expansion of commercial space enterprises and the cislunar space competition on a global scale,the US has actively planned for its cislunar space endeavor.With the efforts of the two administrations of Trump and Biden,the US has initially formulated a cislunar space strategy,seeking leadership in cislunar space exploration as its strategic goal,centering on the Artemis Program as the core,and taking military utilization,commercial development,infrastructure construction and international cooperation as its implementation path.But at the same time,the Artemis Program faces great difficulties in implementation,it is difficult for commercial space enterprises to sustain the cislunar space endeavor alone,and the cislunar space awareness encounters technical difficulties,thus bringing multiple challenges to the US Cislunar Space Strategy.In the future,the US will continue to strengthen its Cislunar Space Strategy and carry out all-round competition and game with China in this field.
