加味四君子汤联合推督脉、膀胱经治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味四君子汤联合推督脉、膀胱经治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的176例过敏性鼻炎患儿。根据随机数表法将其分为联合组及对照组,各88例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪片,联合组在对照组基础上给予加味四君子汤联合推督脉、膀胱经。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、不良反应及复发情况。结果:联合组总有效率、痊愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症状积分均降低,联合组中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药3个月后,联合组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味四君子汤联合推督脉、膀胱经治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎,效果良好,安全性高,是治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的一种新途径。Objective:To explore the effect of modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage on governor vessel and bladder meridian in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Method:A total of 176 children with allergic rhinitis treated in Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Subsidiary Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into combination group and control group,with 88 cases in each group.The control group was given Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets,and the combination group was given modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage on governor vessel and bladder meridian.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,adverse reactions and recurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate and the recovery rate of the combination group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of both groups decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of combination group was lower than that of control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After stopping medication for 3 months,the recurrence rate of the combination group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage on governor vessel and bladder meridian in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis has a good effect,high security,and is a new way to treat pediatric allergic rhinitis..
