开喉剑喷雾剂联合注射用头孢曲松钠治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析开喉剑喷雾剂联合注射用头孢曲松钠治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年1月至2023年1月收治的138例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(69例,注射用头孢曲松钠)和研究组(69例,开喉剑喷雾剂联合注射用头孢曲松钠)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,扁桃体充血消失时间、脓性分泌物消失时间及咽痛消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)水平及CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开喉剑喷雾剂联合注射用头孢曲松钠治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果明显,有助于缩短症状消失时间,改善炎症及免疫指标,利于促进病情转归,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Kaihoujian spray combined with ceftriaxone sodium for injection in the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods A total of 138 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(69 cases,ceftriaxone sodium for injection)and study group(69 cases,Kaihoujian spray combined with ceftriaxone sodium for injection).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of tonsil congestion,purulent secretion and sore throat were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A(SAA),soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)and CD3^(+),CD4^(+)in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kaihoujian spray combined with ceftriaxone sodium for injection has obvious effect on the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis,it is helpful to shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve inflammation and immune indexes,and promote the prognosis of the disease,which is worth promoting.
