摘　　要：围术期过敏反应是一种罕见但可致命的灾难性事件。近期英国复苏委员会与围术期过敏网络指导委员会合作制定了《2024围术期过敏反应的紧急治疗:英国复苏委员会麻醉科医师抢救流程》。该指南清晰地阐述了围术期过敏反应的定义、临床表现、诊断挑战及治疗原则,强调了早期静脉注射肾上腺素和液体复苏的重要性,为麻醉科医师提供了清晰明确的诊疗方案,在遇到围术期过敏反应时能合理决策、迅速有效地应对,从而最大限度地改善患者预后。Perioperative anaphylaxis is a rare but deadly catastrophic event.Recently,the Resuscitation Council UK collaborated with Perioperative Allergy Network steering committee to develop the 2024 emergency treatment of perioperative anaphylaxis:Resuscitation Council UK algorithm for anaesthetists.The guidelines clearly define the definition,clinical manifestations,diagnostic challenges,and treatment principles of perioperative anaphylaxis,highlight the importance of early intravenous adrenaline and fluid resuscitation,providing anaesthetists with a clear and concise diagnosis and treatment plan to make reasonable decisions with respond quickly and effectively when encountering perioperative anaphylaxis,thereby improving furthest patient prognosis.
