摘　　要：目的:观察超声弹性成像联合血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)检测在鉴别甲状腺良恶性病变中的诊断价值。方法:选择2022年6月~2023年6月本院收治的甲状腺疾病且接受手术切除并完成病理检查患者100例,将病理检查结果作为“金标准”,回顾性分析患者手术前超声弹性成像、血清TSH检测结果,明确联合检测的诊断价值。结果:联合诊断真阳性、真阴性检出率均高于单一检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合诊断灵敏度、特异性及准确度均高于单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在鉴别甲状腺良恶性病变中,实施超声弹性成像联合血清TSH检测,具有较高的检测价值。Objective:To observe the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography combined with serum TSH detection in distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid lesions.Methods:A total of 100 patients with thyroid diseases who underwent surgical resection and completed pathological examination in our hospital(June 2022 June 2023)will be admitted.The pathological examination results will be used as the“gold standard”,and the preoperative ultrasound elastography and serum TSH test results of the patients will be retrospectively analyzed to clarify the diagnostic value of combined testing.Results:The detection rates of true positive and true negative in combined diagnosis were higher than those in single examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of combined diagnosis were higher than those of single examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultrasound elastography and serum TSH detection has high detection value in distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid lesions.
