摘　　要：目的:研究腕关节镜辅助经皮螺钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取42例腕舟骨骨折患者为研究对象,基于术式不同将其分为观察组(20例)和对照组(22例),观察组采用腕关节镜辅助经皮螺钉内固定术进行治疗,对照组采用手法复位石膏外固定进行治疗,观察两组腕关节功能恢复情况、疼痛情况、骨折愈合时间和返回工作时间,比较患侧和健侧腕关节活动度。结果:治疗后观察组Mayo腕关节功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患侧与健侧腕关节活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组患侧腕关节活动度显著小于健侧(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组视觉模拟评分法评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间和返回工作时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕关节镜辅助经皮螺钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折疗效显著。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of wrist arthroscopy assisted percutaneous screw fixation in the treatment of scaphoid fractures.Methods:42 patients with carpal scaphoid fracture were selected as the study subjects and divided into an observation group(20 cases)and a control group(22 cases)based on different surgical procedures.The observation group received treatment with wrist arthroscopy assisted percutaneous screw fixation,while the control group received treatment with manual reduction and plaster external fixation.Observe the recovery of wrist joint function,pain,fracture healing time,and return to work time between the two groups,and compare the range of motion of the affected and healthy wrist joints.Results:After treatment,the Mayo wrist joint function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in wrist joint activity between the affected and healthy sides of the observation group(P>0.05),while the wrist joint activity of the affected side was significantly lower than that of the healthy sidein the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The fracture healing time and return to work time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of carpal scaphoid fractures with wrist arthroscopy assisted percutaneous screw fixation has a significant therapeutic effect.
