调强放射治疗对鼻咽癌患者放疗副作用发生率及效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析鼻咽癌患者采取调强放射治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月~2023年6月本院收治的鼻咽癌患者84例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)、观察组(n=42),对照组应用二维放射治疗,观察组应用调强放射治疗,对比临床效果。结果:对照组、观察组放疗副作用发生率分别为35.71%、14.29%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(83.33%,64.29%,P<0.05);治疗后,于对照组相比,观察组免疫功能改善效果具有明显优势(P<0.05);治疗后,以对照组评估结果为参照,观察组肿瘤标志物水平各项指标明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌患者采取调强放射治疗取得的效果更为理想,且安全性较高,对于改善人体免疫功能以及降低血清肿瘤标志物水平具有确切效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of intensity modulated radiation therapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods:84 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=42)using a random number table method.The control group received two-dimensional radiation therapy,while the observation group received intensity modulated radiation therapy.The clinical effects were compared.Results:The incidence of radiotherapy side effects in the control group and observation group was 35.71%and 14.29%,respectively,with the observation group significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The clinical treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%,64.29%,P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group showed a significant advantage in improving immune function compared to the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,based on the evaluation results of the control group,the levels of tumor markers in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensity modulated radiation therapy is more effective and safe for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,and has a definite effect on improving immune function and reducing serum tumor marker levels.
