摘 要:目的:探究终末期肾病血液透析治疗患者应用高通量透析器的作用。方法:将2021年4月~2023年4月本院收治的82例终末期肾病血液透析患者纳入研究。采用盲摸双色球法均分为观察组、对照组,各41例。对照组行常规透析,观察组加用高通量透析。比较两组的透析充分性、肾功能水平、炎性因子及心肌损伤情况。结果:观察组透析充分性中尿素氮下降率、尿素清除率及β2-微球蛋白清除率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肾功能水平中β2-微球蛋白、尿素氮及血肌酐水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎性因子中超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心肌损伤中甲状旁腺激素、心肌肌钙蛋白T及B型脑钠肽水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:终末期肾病血液透析患者应用高通量透析器能够提高透析充分性,改善肾功能水平,降低炎性因子及心肌损伤情况。Objective:To investigate the effect of using high-throughput dialyzers in end-stage renal disease patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.Methods:82 endstage renal disease hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were included in the study.Using the blind touch bicolor ball method,they were evenly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine dialysis,while the observation group received high-throughput dialysis.Compare the adequacy of dialysis,renal function levels,inflammatory factors,and myocardial injury between the two groups.Results:The clearance rates of URR,Kt/V,andβ2-MG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of dialysis adequacy(P<0.05);The levels ofβ2-MG,BUN,and SCr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of hs CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of PTH,cTnT,and BNP in the observation group with myocardial injury were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-throughput dialyzers in end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients can improve dialysis adequacy,improve renal function levels,and reduce inflammatory factors and myocardial damage.
