妊娠晚期孕妇体位改变对彩色多普勒超声检测胎儿脐动脉血流参数的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析彩色多普勒超声检测妊娠晚期孕妇体位改变和胎儿脐动脉血流参数之间关系。方法:随机抽取2021年1月~2022年12月在本院治疗的妊娠晚期孕妇180例作为此次研究样本,指导运动更改体位(平卧位、左侧卧位、右侧卧位、坐位)时,监测胎儿脐动脉血流参数,比较各项体位时脐动脉血流参数变化。结果:180例孕妇平卧位同左、右侧卧位改变比较,左、右侧卧位FVR有所下降(P<0.05);坐位与平卧位改变比较,S/D、PI、RI有所下降(P<0.05)。以平卧位为准:向左、右侧卧位或坐位改变,I组(大于标准值下限92例)S/D下降,II组(小于标准值下限74例)S/D升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:妊娠晚期孕妇采取左、右侧卧位或者坐位,能够利于胎儿脐动脉血流供应。Objective:To analyze the relationship between fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameters and maternal body position changes detected by color Doppler ultrasound in late pregnancy.Methods:180 cases of pregnant women in late pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research samples,and the fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameters were monitored when they were instructed to change the body position(supine position,left lying position,right lying position,sitting position),and the changes of umbilical artery blood flow parameters were compared.Results:Compared with the changes of the left and right lying positions,the FVR of the left and right lying positions of 180 pregnant women decreased(P<0.05);S/D,PI and RI were decreased in sitting position compared with supine position(P<0.05).According to the supine position,the S/D of group I(92 cases greater than the lower limit of the standard value)decreased,while the S/D of group II(74 cases less than the lower limit of the standard value)increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The left and right lying or sitting position of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy is conducive to the blood supply of fetal umbilical artery.
