摘　　要：目的:探讨HC可视喉镜联合纤维光导支气管镜引导老年困难气道患者全身麻醉气管插管的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月~2023年12月本院收治的老年全凭静脉麻醉患者作为研究对象,共计纳入研究83例,按照气管插管操作方式的不同分为?三组,对比三组患者的插管次数、声门暴露时间、插管时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果:H+F组各项指标均显著优于HC组和FOB组(P<0.05)。结论:HC可视喉镜联合纤维光导支气管镜引导老年困难气道患者全身麻醉气管插管表现出良好的推广价值。Objective:To explore the application effect of HC visual laryngoscope combined with fiber optic bronchoscopy in guiding general anesthesia for tracheal intubation in elderly patients with difficult airways.Methods:A total of 83 elderly patients with total intravenous anesthesia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into three groups according to different tracheal intubation procedures.The intubation frequency,glottic exposure time,intubation time,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups of patients.Results:All indicators in the H+F group were significantly better than those in the HC and FOB groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of HC visual laryngoscope and fiber optic bronchoscopy guided general anesthesia for tracheal intubation in elderly patients with difficult airways has shown good promotional value.
