摘　　要：目的:分析耳内镜下免填塞鼓室成形的临床应用及疗效观察。方法:对本院2020年1月~2021年9月收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者进行回顾性分析,共40例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采用耳内窥镜下行经耳道内切口入路,无需填充物Ⅰ型鼓室成形术治疗,对比观察组与对照组治疗后的效果。结果:经过治疗后发现,观察组患者的听力水平优于对照组,观察组患者的临床各项指标均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于耳部疾病的患者采取耳内镜下免填塞鼓室成形的方式,能够有效的改善患者的症状,提升整体的治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical application and therapeutic effect of ear endoscope free tympanoplasty.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received a type I tympanoplasty through an incision through the ear canal under an ear endoscope without the need for filling.The therapeutic effects of the observation group and the control group were compared.Results:After treatment,it was found that the hearing level of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group,and the clinical indicators of the observation group patients were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:For patients with ear diseases,the use of ear endoscope free tympanoplasty can effectively improve their symptoms and overall treatment effectiveness.
