纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术治疗ICU重症肺部感染临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在为ICU重症肺部感染(pulmonary infection,PI)患者实施治疗的过程中纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术的临床效果。方法:本研究将2020年1月~2023年1月于医院ICU接受重症PI治疗的患者52例作为实验对象,为了实验研究公平性以电脑随机分组法将患者分为观察组(n=26)与对照组(n=26),观察组实施PL-F520纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术治疗,对照组实施常规吸痰治疗。结果:两组患者治疗效果、住院情况、治疗后肺功能、炎症因子指标存在显著差异,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者肺功能、炎症因子指标并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:在为ICU重症PI患者实施治疗的过程中PL-F520纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术的临床效果显著,有助于患者症状以及肺功能、炎症因子指标水平提高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage sputum aspiration in ICU patients with severe pulmonary infection(PI).Methods:In this study,52 patients who received severe PI treatment in hospital ICU from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as experimental subjects.For the purpose of fairness,the patients were divided into observation group(n=26)and control group(n=26)by computer randomized method.The observation group was treated with PL-F520 fiberoptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and sputum aspiration,while the control group was treated with conventional sputum aspiration.Results:There were significant differences in treatment effect,hospitalization,pulmonary function and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lung function and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:PL-F520 fiberoptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and sputum aspiration in ICU patients with severe PI has significant clinical effect,which is helpful to improve the symptoms,lung function and inflammatory factor indexes of patients.
