摘 要:目的:深入分析电动气压止血带在应用过程中失败的原因,并针对这些原因提出切实可行的对策,旨在优化其使用效果,确保其在临床上的稳定与可靠性。方法:2022年8月~2023年11月共观察并记录了66次电动气压止血带的使用数据。系统地收集了所有使用失败的案例,并对失败原因进行了详细地分类与分析。基于这些原因,制定了一系列具体的改进措施,并在后续的应用中加以实施。结果:在实施改进措施之前,发现电动气压止血带的使用失败率相对较高,主要原因涉及操作不当、设备本身的故障以及患者特定的生理或病理条件等。但是在实施了针对性的改进措施后,电动气压止血带的使用失败率有了明显的下降,同时其止血效果也显著增强。结论:针对电动气压止血带使用失败的原因,制定相应的对策并有效实施,可以显著提高电动气压止血带的使用效果,降低使用失败率,为临床提供更加可靠和有效的止血手段。Objective:To deeply analyze the reasons for the failure of electric pneumatic tourniquets in the application process,and propose practical and feasible countermeasures for these reasons,aiming to optimize their use effect and ensure their stability and reliability in clinical practice.Methods:During the period from August 2022 to November 2023,a total of 66 usage data of electric pneumatic tourniquets were observed and recorded.Systematically collected all cases of usage failure and conducted a detailed classification and analysis of the reasons for the failure.Based on these reasons,a series of specific improvement measures have been formulated and implemented in subsequent applications.Results:Before implementing improvement measures,it was found that the failure rate of using electric pneumatic tourniquets was relatively high,mainly due to improper operation,equipment malfunctions,and specific physiological or pathological conditions of patients.However,after implementing targeted improvement measures,the failure rate of electric pneumatic tourniquets has significantly decreased,and their hemostatic effect has also been significantly enhanced.Conclusion:In response to the reasons for the failure of electric pneumatic tourniquets,corresponding countermeasures can be formulated and effectively implemented,which can significantly improve the effectiveness of electric pneumatic tourniquets,reduce the failure rate,and provide more reliable and effective hemostatic methods for clinical use.
