摘  要:目的:分析对于腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者来说喉罩通气并全凭静脉麻醉的临床应用效果。方法:本次实验研究将2023年5月~2024年1月于本院接受腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的患者70例按照电脑随机分组法分为人数相同的观察组(n=35,麻醉方法:喉罩通气并全凭静脉麻醉)与对照组(n=35,麻醉方法:气管插管麻醉)。结果:两组患者诱导前(T0)、置入喉罩或气管插管后即刻(T1)、手术结束时(T3)心率、平均动脉压均无显著差异,P>0.05;而置入喉罩或气管插管3min时(T2)、拔除喉罩或气管插管后即刻(T4)差异显著,P<0.05。两组患者麻醉并发症发生率差异显著,P<0.05。结论:喉罩通气并全凭静脉麻醉是腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者的理想麻醉方式。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laryngeal mask ventilation combined with intravenous anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:In this study,70 patients who received laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from May 2023 to January 2024 were divided into observation group(n=35,anesthesia method:laryngeal mask ventilation and all intravenous anesthesia)and control group(n=35,anesthesia method:tracheal intubation anesthesia)according to computer randomization.Results:There were no significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure before induction(T0),immediately after laryngeal mask placement or tracheal intubation(T1),and at the end of operation(T3)between the two groups,P>0.05.There were significant differences at 3 minutes after implantation of laryngeal mask or tracheal intubation(T2),immediately after removal of laryngeal mask or tracheal intubation(T4),P<0.05.There was significant difference in the incidence of anesthesia complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask ventilation combined with intravenous anesthesia is an ideal anesthesia method for laparoscopic appendectomy.
