掌侧钢板内固定术与传统石膏外固定治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者疼痛及关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究讨论保守治疗石膏外固定和切开复位钢板内固定治疗对患者关节功能影响及疼痛的对比。方法:选择本院2021年1月~2023年1月治疗的桡骨远端骨折62例随机分组,对照组采用传统石膏外固定治疗,研究组实施掌侧钢板内固定术治疗,分析疼痛评分、X射线检查指标、关节功能评分、并发症情况。结果:疼痛评分方面,研究组评价所得更低(P<0.05);经X射线扫描后,研究组各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率则无明显差异性(P>0.05)。结论:通过实施掌侧钢板内固定术与传统石膏外固定治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者发现,经掌侧钢板内固定术治疗效果更为良好。Objective:To study and discuss the effect of conservative treatment of plaster external fixation and open reduction plate internal fixation on joint function and pain.Methods:62 cases of distal radius fracture treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly assigned.The control group was treated with traditional plaster external fixation,while the study group was treated with palmar plate internal fixation.Pain score,X-ray examination index,joint function score and complications were analyzed.Results:The pain score of the study group was lower(P<0.05);After X-ray scanning,all indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is found that palmar plate internal fixation and traditional plaster external fixation are more effective in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
