精益管理对提高高值耗材的应用效率的影响

摘　　要：目的:对高值耗材实施精益管理,探索分析该管理模式对提高耗材应用效率的影响。方法:选取本院2022年1月~2023年12月管理的高值耗材,其中2022年1月~2022年12月采取常规管理(对照组,n=100例),2023年1月~2023年12月采取精益管理(观察组,n=100例)。对照观察不同管理模式的应用效果。结果:观察组耗材管理相关问题发生率、耗材各项储存指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);且员工对观察组耗材管理模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高值耗材采取精益管理模式可明显提升耗材应用效率,降低各种管理问题的发生概率,减少库存量种类、规格种类、库存资金数据及库存免疫,还可提升员工对耗材管理的满意度。Objective:To implement lean management for high-value consumables and explore and analyze the impact of this management model on improving the efficiency of consumables application.Methods:High value consumables managed by our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,with routine management(control group,n=100 cases)from January 2022 to December 2022,and lean management(observation group,n=100 cases)from January 2023 to December 2023.Compare and observe the application effects of different management modes.Results:The incidence of consumables management related issues and various storage indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);And the satisfaction of employees with the consumables management mode in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting a lean management model for high-value consumables can significantly improve the efficiency of consumables application,reduce the probability of various management problems,reduce inventory types,specifications,inventory fund data,and inventory immunity.It can also improve employee satisfaction with consumables management.
