摘 要:铁路具有绿色低碳环保优势,在推动绿色发展、促进人与自然和谐共生中做出积极贡献。在提出绿色铁路内涵的基础上,系统梳理了国内外铁路绿色发展现状,总结了德国、法国、日本、美国等典型发达国家铁路绿色发展经验与启示,从设计、施工建造、装备、运营管理等方面调研了我国铁路绿色技术发展现状,提出未来我国绿色铁路发展方向,为助力节能减排和“双碳”目标实现提供理论支撑。Railway has the advantages of green,low carbon,and environmental protection,making positive contributions to promoting green development and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.On the basis of proposing the connotation of green railways,the article systematically reviews the current status of railway green development at home and abroad,summarizes the experiences and inspirations of typical developed countries such as Germany,France,Japan,and the United States in railway green development,investigates the current status of railway green technology development in China from the aspects of design,construction,equipment,and operation management,and proposes the future development direction of green railways in China,providing theoretical support for promoting energy conservation,emission reduction,and achieving the"dual carbon"goals.
