疾病全周期主动护理模式在颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术患者康复治疗中的研究

摘　　要：目的:探究全周期主动护理模式在颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术患者中的应用效果。方法:将2020年8月~2023年12月在武汉大学口腔医院收治的56例颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术患者,随机分为研究组与对照组(各28例)。研究组采用全周期主动护理模式,对照组采用传统护理模式;比较两组在一期手术前、一期和二期手术后1个月的焦虑度,对开窗减压手术方式及效果的相信度,复诊耗费时长和对医护的满意度。结果:研究组一期、二期手术后的焦虑程度和复诊耗费时长均低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组一期、二期手术前的相信度和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:疾病全周期主动护理模式能有效缓解颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术患者焦虑情绪,缩短诊疗时间,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of the full-cycle proactive care model in the patients with marsupialization in treating cyst of jaw.Methods:A total of 56 patients with jaw cystic diseases admitted to the Stomatology Hospital of Wuhan University from August 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group(28 cases each).The study group adopted the full-cycle proactive care model,and the control group adopted the traditional nursing mode.The anxiety degree of the two groups before the first surgery,one month after the first surgery and one month after the second surgery,the confidence degree on the method and effect of marsupialization,the duration of follow-up visit and the satisfaction of medical care were compared.Results:After the first and second stage surgery,the degree of anxiety and the duration of follow-up visit in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.01).Before the first and second stage surgery,The confidence and satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The full-cycle proactive care model can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients with marsupialization in treating cyst of jaw,shorten the duration of follow-up visit,and improve patient satisfaction.
