血府逐瘀胶囊联合地屈孕酮对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜下切除术后患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究血府逐瘀胶囊联合地屈孕酮对子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyps,EP)患者宫腔镜下切除术后月经量及复发率的影响,旨在为EP治疗提供新思路。方法本研究纳入上饶卫生学校附属医院2022年7月至12月收治的80例子宫内膜息肉患者,按照电脑随机数字表法,分为两组各40例。对照组给予宫腔镜下切除术+地屈孕酮治疗,观察组给予宫腔镜下切除术+血府逐瘀胶囊联合地屈孕酮治疗。10 d一个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。对两组月经症状评分、EP复发情况、不良事件发生率进行综合评定。结果观察组3个月、6个月的复发率分别为2.50%、5.00%,均低于对照组的15.00%、20.00%(P<0.05);观察组PBAC评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊联合地屈孕酮可有效降低子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜下切除术后复发率、调节月经周期、月经量,可为术后中西医联合治疗提供有效的实践支持。Objective To investigate the effect of xuefu zhuyu capsules combined with dydrogesterone on menstrual volume and recurrence rate in patients with endometrial polyps(EP)after hysteroscopic resection,aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of EP.Methods 80 EP patients admitted to the Shangrao Health School Affiliated Hospital from July to December 2022,according to the computer random number table method,divide into two groups on average.40 cases in the control group were treated with hysteroscopic resection combined dydrogesterone;the observation group consisted of 40 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection and received treatment with xuefu zhuyu capsules combined with dydrogesterone.The treatment in both groups was 10 days a course,with 6 consecutive courses.Compare the menstrual symptom score,EP recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse events between the two groups of patients for comprehensive evaluation.Results The recurrence rates of the observation group at 3 and 6 months were 2.50%and 5.00%,respectively,which were lower than the 15.00%and 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05);the results showed that the PBAC score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of xuefu zhuyu capsules and dydrogesterone can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,regulate the menstrual cycle and menstrual volume after EP surgery,and provide effective practical support for the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine after EP hysteroscopic resection.
