摘　　要：目的:分析珍红祛斑膏治疗女性黄褐斑患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年6月嘉峪关市中医医院收治的女性黄褐斑患者92例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予珍红祛斑膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果、黄褐斑严重程度及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。治疗前,两组黄褐斑面积、黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分(MASI评分)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组黄褐斑面积小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组,两组MASI评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:珍红祛斑膏治疗女性黄褐斑的临床效果较好,能缩小黄褐斑面积,改善皮肤状态,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Zhenhong Freckle Removing Cream in treatment of female melasma patients.Methods:A total of 92 female patients with melasma who were admitted to Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiayuguan from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group received treatment with Zhenhong Freckle Removing Cream on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,severity of melasma,and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in melasma area and melasma area and severity index score(MASI score)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the melasma area in the two groups was smaller than that before treatment,and this index in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,while the MASI score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhenhong Freckle Removing Cream has a good clinical effect in the treatment of female melasma patients,and can reduce the area of melasma,improve skin condition,and has high safety.
