中药熏蒸联合耳穴压丸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药熏蒸联合耳穴压丸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2017年2月—2018年12月上海市宝山区大场镇祁连社区卫生服务中心收治的194例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各97例。对照组进行常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药熏蒸联合耳穴压丸技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、颈椎障碍程度、安全性、治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.003)。治疗前,两组疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS、NDI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组安全性1级100%(97/97),对照组安全性1级94.8%(92/97),观察组安全性高于对照组(Z=5.132,P=0.023)。结论:中药熏蒸联合耳穴压丸技术在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果较好,能够缓解患者颈椎障碍和疼痛程度,提高其治疗满意度,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with auricular pressure pill in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy.Methods:A total of one hundred and ninety-four patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in Shanghai Baoshan District Dachang Town Qilian Community Health Service Center from February 2017to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with ninety-seven cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and auricular point pressure pill technology on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,pain degree,cervical disorder degree,safety and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.003);before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain visual analogue scale(VAS) score and cervical dysfunction Index scale(NDI) score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,VAS and NDI scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.001);the safety of the observation group was 100%(97/97),and that of the control group was 94.8%(92/97);the safety of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(Z=5.132,P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with auricular point pressure pill technology in patients with cervical radiculopathy has a good effect,which can alleviate the cervical vertebra disorder and pain degree of patients,improve their treatment satisfaction,and have high safety.
